  1. Does The Lombardi allow pets?

    Yes. The Lombardi is a pet friendly community. Up to 2 pets per apartment are allowed, as long as their combined weight is under 80 pounds. See our Pet Policy for additional pet fees.

  2. Is there a doorman at The Lombardi?

    Better than a doorman, The Lombardi features a Virtual Doorman service. This service allows for package delivery 24/7 without you being home. Best of all, you don’t have to tip him come holiday time.

  3. Is parking provided?

    The Lombardi provides secure and covered parking for an added fee. Parking spaces are issued on a first come, first serve basis. Additional permit parking is provided in the adjacent Lawn Avenue Municipal Lot.

  4. Are there washer and dryers available for residents?

    Every resident unit has a large, front loading washer and dryer.

  5. Is there a Fitness Facility for residents?

  6. Are utility charges included in my rent?

    All tenants are responsible for their own Con Edison electric account. However, with highly efficient LED lighting, appliances, heat and hot water systems, Lombardi residents enjoy a green lifestyle with one of the lowest energy consuming buildings in the market.
